Pesto Farfalle

Chapter Sixteen: Warm Bowl Of Pasta

At The End Of A Long Day

Nothing beats a warm bowl of pasta, after a cold long day. It’s flavors: spicy, cheesy, herby, doused in good quality olive oil. Cooked in the most delicious pesto, serenaded in spicy peppers and topped off with mozzarella or parmesan. This 25 minute pasta is incredible, brimming with flavor and so easy to bring together, getting you ready for your night with your loved ones, or for netflix binging whatever it may be this dinner is sure to become a staple.

Serrano pepper- What makes this pasta spicy is the serrano pepper, just one chopped chili pepper brings tons of heat and flavor and compliments the pesto so well! You can also blend the chili in with the pesto and other vegetables and cook it with the pasta water and cooked pasta!

Garlic Salt- I love garlic salt it adds a special depth of flavor that pairs especially well with this pesto pasta! It takes away that extra step in seasoning so you can throw this weeknight dinner together even quicker! My favorite garlic salt is by Penzey Spices!
